What psychology has taught us about the way the mind works
1. Our understanding of the world does not map reality (the map is NOT the territory). We infer and we interpret. To improve thinking we have to improve inferences and interpretations
2. Context affects our thinking and behavior
3. Our unconscious mind influences our perceptions and behavior. We need to harness the unconscious' mind capabilities.
